REAL-TIME CAKE CENTER
“What if a Real-Time Crime Center was a bakery?” That was the question I was asked by Axon’s Head of Marketing two months before Axon Week 2026. So I headed to my desk and cooked up the Real-Time Cake Center.
Built into the “Demo District,” a mini city at Axon Week 2026, the Real-Time Cake Center married the form of an RTCC (monitors, maps and seating) with the function of a fun cupcake shop for conference attendees to enjoy. Our CEO even hosted his book signing in the Cake Center, giving the space a true community coffee shop feel!

DON’T GLAZE ME BRO DONUTS
The assignment? Create a public-safety themed donut shop at Axon Accelerate 2024 to surprise and delight attendees.
The result? Don’t Glaze Me Bro: A colorful donut counter complete with a grab-and-go donut wall! I partnered with a local donut shop in Miami to ensure the products were just as delicious as they were cute.

FREEZE! ICE CREAM PARLOR
The assignment? Create a public-safety themed ice cream stand at Axon Accelerate 2021 to surprise and delight attendees.
The result? FREEZE! A full blown retro ice cream shoppe built into the conference hall, complete with custom staff uniforms, merch, and a candy bar where attendees could load up on all the nostalgic penny candies from their youth. I partnered with a local ice cream shop to make sure we had plenty of fun ice cream flavors, which were of course all renamed to fun public safety puns to really complete the vision.
